Thank you for attending the 2026 International Women’s Conference & Fashion Show at Central Penn College! The conference on March 28th revolved around the theme: “Her Voice Matters: From Every Corner of the Globe.” In today’s world, it is increasingly important to recognize the strength and resilience of women across the globe.
The conference started with a keynote address by Mireille Rebeiz, PhD, SJD, discussing women in the Middle East. Rebeiz’s keynote was emotionally thought-provoking, and we greatly appreciate her expertise.

We honored the first Women of Character & Conscience Awardees this year, honoring women who demonstrate exemplary ethical and moral character. Awardees:
Tabita Tugulia, Founder, Front End Family Solutions, an organization dedicated to empowering families by providing referrals to supportive services, resource navigation, and specialized services.
Carol Zandieh, Carol Zandieh is a member of the Baha’i community in Harrisburg who has organized annual events to speak out against injustice, war, and racism.
Diane Z. Sand, Ph.D., Diane Z. Sand is a veteran Civil and Women’s Rights Advocate, Beth El Synagogue Member, Freedom Seder Committee Member
The Women’s Auxiliary at Hadee Mosque, The Women’s Auxiliary unites women across faiths and backgrounds through regular dinners at Hadee Mosque, fostering friendship and collective resistance to injustice.
We ended the day with an international fashion show featuring attire from Latin America, Romania, Germany, Morocco, India, and more!
