International Peace Symposium
Join us for the 2025 WACH International Peace Symposium, a full-day event dedicated to dialogue, action, and building a more peaceful world.
This year, we are proud to partner with Bellwether International for a special installment of their Engage America series, “Disrupting the Cycle of Genocide.” Bellwether CEO Rachel Miner will join a panel of experts to examine the realities of genocide today and share how communities can unite, take action, and stand against hate to prevent future atrocities.

We will have lunch for attendees during the presentation of our annual “Peacemaker in Our Midst” Award, honoring a local leader dedicated to promoting peace in our community. Past recipients have included community organizers, educators, clergy, and business leaders.
In the afternoon, we will have a Travel and Trade Forum, a dynamic discussion with leading voices in international tourism, commerce, and economic policy. As global markets shift and geopolitical challenges grow more complex, understanding the intersection of travel and trade has never been more important.
