The World Affairs Council of Harrisburg congratulates all of the Global Scholars who received their certificates at the Torch of Global Enlightenment Awards on May 17 at Widener University School of Law. Special honor to the Ambassador Level Global Scholars who have spent several years with the Council and are headed off to college! Students represented CASA, Mercersburg Academy, Harrisburg Academy, Sci-Tech High and Cumberland Valley.
