Even War Has Rules: An Introduction to Humanitarian Law
The American Red Cross, Widener Commonwealth Law School and the Federal Bar Association are partnering to host a special presentation of Even War Has Rules on Thursday, March 21, 2024 from 4-6pm in the Widener Commonwealth Law School Auditorium. Even War Has Rules is a dynamic discussion of International Humanitarian Law and how it governs armed conflict. It will address topics such as: The sources of law and rules that apply to armed conflicts and the fundamental principles of IHL that guide the development of these rules. Immediately following the presentation, we will invite our attendees to attend a post-event mixer, hosted by F&M Trust.
