Our featured speaker will be:
Dr. Aguayo is a history/political science professor at York College of Pennsylvania. He has a law degree from the Universidad Catolica del Peru; an M.A., State University of New York at Buffalo, and he obtained a Ph.D from the University of Florida in 2005. His specialty includes research interests include international relations, Latin America and social movements around the world.
