WACH Welcomes “Young Asian Diplomats” to Central PA

On October 10th, a delegation of Asian Diplomats visited Harrisburg, PA as part of their trip with The Asia Foundation. The World Affairs Council of Harrisburg, along with Visit Hershey Harrisburg, welcomed distinguished diplomats from Fiji, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, and other Asian countries to our part of the globe!

On Friday, October 10th, WACH and VHH held a welcome dinner at the Capitol Rotunda with a number of prominent Pennsylvania Professionals. Then, we took the diplomats to a number of iconic Central PA landmarks, including the Harrisburg Capitol, Hershey’s Chocolate World, the National Civil War Museum, and Lancaster, PA.

A big thanks to David Kim of the Asian Foundation for inviting us to host the delegation. And none of it could have happened without the support of Dauphin County Commissioner Justin Douglas and Sharon Myers of Visit Hershey & Harrisburg.
