    Lassiter is the current Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, where he investigates complaints of unlawful discrimination in areas like employment, housing, commercial property, education, and public accommodations. A nationally recognized expert in the field of American Race Relations, Lassiter has worked on race, peace, and poverty- related issues in the U.S., Africa, Canada, Haiti, Israel, and Norway, and is called upon frequently by media outlets to provide commentary on race relations and potential solutions.

    Hello, I’m Dr. Rafat Omar. I’m a licensed clinical psychologist in Pennsylvania. I work with clients of all ages, couples, and families.
    I’m trained as a generalist and have knowledge and experience in treating a broad range of psychological issues. I have extensive experience working with and diagnosing individuals with autism spectrum disorder as well.
    Other issues I frequently treat include depression, anxiety, couples issues, bi-polar disorder and specific phobias. I look forward to starting our work together!
