What does your nonprofit group need? Make it known on PennLive’s 2021 Wish List

Many local charities and nonprofit organizations are still feeling the effect of the pandemic, almost a year and a half since it first hit central Pa.

More and more resources are in short supply, not just at grocery stores or retail shops, but in help for these organizations. As the end of the year draws closer, these nonprofits are still in need of assistance as they continue to serve the same communities we all live in.

With that in mind, PennLive is once again offering its annual “Wish List” of goods and services needed by nonprofit organizations and charities, just in time for holiday giving.

Nonprofit organizations are invited to submit up to three items, such as canned goods, pet food, volunteers or monetary donations. If asking for volunteers, please describe the task (such as doing yard work). A request for money must be designated for a purpose (such as buying diapers or shelves). *Note: If a purpose for volunteers and money isn’t designated, those generic wishes will not be listed.

Nonprofits wanting their wishes to be included in the Holiday Wish List should fill out the form on PennLive here.

The Wish List will be posted on PennLive.com on Nov. 28 and will be published in The Patriot-News at a date to be determined. The deadline for submitting wishes is Nov. 19.
