The World Affairs Council of Harrisburg is joining with the City of Harrisburg, Messiah College and the Harrisburg School District, as well as the  White House Office of Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships at the U.S. Department of Education to sponsor a 1 ½-day conference on :

 “Building Capacity and Community through Sustaining Partnerships”

This two-part convening is part of Together for Tomorrow (TFT) – a national initiative to spotlight and foster partnerships among schools, families, national service programs, and community-based organizations in order to propel improvement of our lowest-performing schools.
